How to book

     

  • We will check our availability, indicate a price for you, and keep the provisional date in our diary for two weeks.
  • We can send you a promotion pack upon request

  • If another enquiry arises for the same date during this period we will contact you to give you the first option on the date we are reserving for you.
  • If you decide to go ahead with booking Quartz, we will send you a contract to sign. Simply sign and return it within 14 days to confirm the booking. Usually a deposit is not required. You may of course contact us at any time for advice or to resolve any problems and we will be very happy to help if we can

We will contact you shortly before the date of the function to make final arrangements

If you should need to cancel the contract then we may have to charge a cancellation fee.
If your event is more than 3 months away from the date we receive your cancellation in writing, then there will be no charge. If you cancel and your event is less than 3 months away then we will make a charge, but the nearer to the event you cancel, then the more we may charge you for the cancellation
All cancellations must be in writing.
