Site surveys

Steam surveys

An important part of the process of improving steam system performance is establishing the actual state of the existing system. Using the latest inspection equipment and custom written software, EBE is able to evaluate the extent of losses associated with the failure of existing mechanical steam traps.

The process is totally non invasive and will not disrupt your production. Surveys are typically completed within a few days and the resultant reports show the current state of the steam system and illustrate where savings can be made. Reports consistently show paybacks through adoption of the venturi orifice technology of  less than  12 months.

Thermal load calculations and dimensioning

Traditional air conditioning suppliers have relied on heat load calculations for sizing equipment to cool buildings. The evaporative cooling technology operates on a completely different basis to the established compressor based systems.

EBE offers site surveys to establish the number of evaporative coolers required for any given building. As the system delivers 100% fresh cooled air we are able to offer an alternative option to the current expensive air conditioning suppliers.
