Framus Strato Deluxe

Life was good doing regular gigs and sometimes we got as much as £5 each!
We were travelling further a-field to gigs in Swansea, London and Southampton.
Being still very young, we occasionally came across clubs where we were told we were under-age and were not allowed in!
I had exchanged my 'Top Twenty' electric guitar that my mum had bought me out of Freemans catalogue for a fantastic Framus Strato Deluxe electric that resembled a Fender Jaguar. This guitar had loads of switches, a volume swell knob and even a banjo damper!
There came a time when we felt we were good enough to cut a disk. Jack drove us to SRT Studios in Bedford and we recorded Thinking (written by Kate and me) and That's The Way (the B side written by me). We each received an acetate coated aluminium disk which we were very proud of.
